The Housing Coordinator position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team.

As a Full-Time Exempt Housing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and strategic direction of residential living, conduct, and housing operations. The Housing Coordinator provides training and supervision for the Resident Coordinators and other housing staff. The Housing Coordinator provides oversight for facilities, occupancy management, emergency/on-call support and response, and budget/revenue management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pursuit of professional growth in the areas of student learning and development, equity and inclusion, community development, supporting students' well-being, and best practices in residence life programs.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with individuals and groups from a variety of identities, cultures, and backgrounds.
- Have a flexible schedule, be needed with little notice, and have availability on weekends and evenings as needed.
- Ability to function competently under pressure and effectively diffuse crisis situations.
- Ability to model open, direct, and honest communication.
- Proven experience working independently to complete projects.
- Must be able to be First Aid and CPR certified within one month of employment.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Experience in crisis management, supervision, student conduct, and/or program planning is preferred.
- Experience developing student workshops and group activities preferred.
