The purpose of this position is to act as a liaison between various internal support teams. This position will assist with communications, marketing efforts, web presence, and related projects or initiatives. It will provide dedicated marketing and communications resources, develop strategies, write content, manage strategic communications projects, attend team meetings, and become familiar with the processes and needs of the units it supports. The position will also assist in elevating the level of service and support provided across these areas.

Minimum Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or Equivalent combination of training and experience.

- Skilled in tracking projects, meeting deadlines, and providing timely deliverables.

- Ability to collaborate effectively to accomplish goals and evaluate the success of strategies.
Marketing & Strategy Development
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Skilled in promoting programs, classes, and policies to increase awareness and participation.
- Creative thinker who can generate innovative and engaging ideas that align with business objectives.
- Ability to identify connections, demonstrate value propositions, and tailor communications to audience needs.
- Experienced in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful outcomes.
Content Creation & Communication
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce engaging content for various platforms (web, social media, publications, etc.).
- Skilled in designing marketing plans, developing new concepts, and maintaining successful established practices.
- High attention to detail to ensure effective, branded messaging.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Brand & Messaging Compliance
- Ability to learn and apply institutional brand rules and guidelines to all communications.
- Skilled in reviewing and editing others’ work for brand consistency.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- General knowledge of photography/videography, conducting shoots and familiarity with various editing software
