The primary purpose of this position is to provide operational support for the Dairy Processing Lab. Responsibilities include batching, processing, packaging, and storing dairy products, as well as cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities. The operator will also perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.

- This role requires the ability to drive a box truck and operate advanced equipment in the Dairy Processing Lab and other pilot plant laboratories within the FBNS Department. The operator must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and provide direction to subordinate employees as needed.
- All activities must support the production of safe, high-quality, consumable products in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The position also involves carrying out multiple critical quality functions essential to production.
