The Operations, Logistics, & Environments (OLE) department, provides building maintenance, operational support, resource management, and event/exhibit assistance for the D. H. Hill Jr. Library, James B. Hunt Jr. Library, and Administrative Services Annex (ASX), with some of these services extended to the three branch libraries (Design, Natural Resources, and Veterinary Medicine). Collectively, these library spaces welcome over 2.1 million visitors per year, and OLE staff ensure that they are always clean, safe, and well maintained.
The primary purpose of this position is to perform professional painting and wall repair services at Hill and Hunt Libraries. This includes touch-up painting, surface preparation, and patching of walls to maintain a clean, well-kept, and visually cohesive environment that supports the Libraries’ commitment to providing welcoming and functional spaces for students, faculty, and staff.
