Essential Job Duties

Individual will assist the department on daily tasks and projects including processing of demographic and engagement data update requests in database of record, Lobo Ascend on Salesforce. Position will also be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to university partners in a timely and professional manner, processing and communicating completion of help desk tasks on a daily basis, responding and escalating issues and/or questions to appropriate leadership as necessary. Research and verification of new verifiable data, and identification of accurate demographic information, including address; email; phone; employment; relationships; and life event data will also be key to position.

Minimum Experience/Education

Minimum Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college coursework in business, communications, or a related field preferred.

Minimum Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or research-based roles.
  • Familiarity with databases or data management systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data management.
  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers or stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus, but not required.
