Part-time positions teaching one or more course sections of courses in the areas of leadership and organizational behavior.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare a well-organized syllabus and teaching plans that clearly reflect the program objectives and expectations, conduct well-prepared class sessions that effectively deliver the course content and engages students, administer meaningful and relevant assignments, and grade student’s work with an emphasis on student development.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Masters Degree preferred or substantial progress toward the terminal degree.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
A Ph.D. or DBA from an AACSB-accredited college of business is preferred but not required. ABDs in advanced dissertation stages will be considered.
Teaching experience in the relevant area at the university level or professional training experience is strongly preferred.
