We will be reviewing applications and conducting interviews on a rolling basis until the position is filled. There will be phone and Zoom interviews that will be conducted through October and early November. We anticipate a start date in late November.
The salary range for this position is $58,00-$72,000. Salary is determined by direct relevant experience and demonstrated past performance results, while ensuring equity within the college.
Our office is located at 309 Maynard Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan, though time onsite may be split between our Maynard location and the LSA building at 500 S. State Street. This position is required to be on-site at a minimum of four days a week. May require occasional evening or weekend hours for special events.

In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you'll expertly manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle changing schedules with ease. Your proactive organization skills make you the go-to for meeting logistics, from reserving rooms to prepping materials and handling travel arrangements.
You'll communicate with professionalism, draft polished emails and reports, and manage confidential information with discretion. Travel and expense reports? You'll handle them with accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
Your collaborative spirit will shine as you support a positive, engaged office culture, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, and jump in wherever needed to keep things running seamlessly. We'll support your growth, offering chances to attend campus events, training, and skill-building activities.
